EXHIBITIONS

The Intro to Nanotechnology exhibition introduces the basics of nanoscience through four exhibit components. At the ultra-tiny nanoscale, materials exhibit unique properties and often rely on self-assembly techniques to form useable nanotechnology. See what a billion (and one billionth) of something looks like, manipulate the size of a quantum dot to see its strange, changing properties, and watch as floating “molecules” move themselves into an orderly pattern on an air hockey table.
