Atoms to Atoms Card Game - training guide and materials

In this training exercise, learners will play a game where they assign descriptive terms to chemistry-related phrases and discuss why they feel that way.

DESCRIPTION

Atoms to Atoms is an activity that can be used as a engaging game for training facilitators in talking about chemistry and our perceptions around it, or as a longer activity to supplement the hands-on activities in your kit.

Atoms to Atoms is a simple card game that encourages players to assign descriptive terms to chemistry-related phrases, and then discuss why they feel that way. What aspects of chemistry do they find exciting, fun, or useful? What's concerning or scary? And why?
