General Description:
Visitors were interviewed after watching the Intro to Nano stage program. The formative study assessed how well the five goals of the program were grasped by visitors.
Major Findings:
The stage program of Intro to Nano does well at conveying basic information about the nanoscale and nanotechnology. Many visitors shared some frustration with the format for the program, feeling bored after watching someone talk for some time. The survey did not delve into how much visitors knew about nanotechnology, so specific information about the five goals of the program is lacking.
