The "Nano & Society" poster series provide an entry point for exploring the relationship between nanotechnology and society. They can be displayed on their own, used to spark an open-ended conversation, or paired with suggested activities.
Meet Macro and Nano. Nano is WAY smaller than Macro and has some very surprising properties! These short (~30 second) clips introduce visitors to simple fundamentals about the nanoscale.
This series of museum labels are designed for general use in your museum or institution to highlight existing connections to nanoscale science, engineering, or technology. NISE Net partners are already coming up with creative ways to use these labels to showcase nano. For example, you can make a scavenger hunt or special tour to encourage visitors to find all the connections! Additional templates (.doc and .indd) are also provided so that you can create your own signage and content.
NanoBuzz is a web-based kiosk featuring exhibit-ready access to current nanoscale science, technology and engineering and emerging research in the news. Website includes four online puzzle games: Help assemble the carbon nanotubes, Help filter the water, Try to find the nanoparticle, and Test your nanotech memory.
These colorful educational posters cover all four NanoDays key concepts. Use the posters to help decorate and define the space for your NanoDays event, call attention to specific activities or programs, and provide additional content to visitors.

Our NanoDays promotional videos invite learners of all ages to "come see what's so big about the super small!" Invite your visitors to celebrate nano science, engineering, and technology at your NanoDays event! Choose from either the 30 second or 15 second versions. The videos are free for use under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 3.0 Unported License.
