Plot: Can you help Jack and Orla escape from the nanoworld? they have just stumbled across a plot to steal secret Nano technology, but they're helpless to act.......because they've just been Nanosized. Nanoquest is a 3D computer game to get teenagers interested in nanotechnology and science as part of Discover Science and Engineering, the Irish Government’s programme for science promotion. Nanoquest is intended to foster interest amongst students in science generally and to encourage them to investigate the world of nanotechnology and the career opportunities that it provides. Created in Ireland in 2006, Nanoquest game included a website www.nanoquest.ie, which also provides support, background information and a special section for teachers, www.nanoquest.ie/teach.html, including activities linking Nanoquest to the Junior Science Curriculum. 2015 Note: the game does not appear to be available online at:www.nanoquest.ie But trailers of the game are still available.
