Variation

Submitted by Luke Donforth on Wed, 04/07/2010 - 08:26.

I was recently tabling at NSTA, and I had a slight variation of this game out. Rather than use a deck that had pairs of identical cards, I pulled pairs of same-scale cards from the Powers of Ten game and used those for Memory. The object wasn't to find two of the same card, but two of the same scale card.

I didn't get to play a full game with anyone (teachers at NSTA move quickly because there's lots to see), but several folks liked the idea.
