This is a detailed guide for planning and promoting your Building with Biology event. The guide covers each step of preparing for your event, recruiting and training volunteers and scientist partners, facilitating conversations during the event, and evaluating the event afterwards. Also included is a sample press release for your Building with Biology event, as well as a photo release form. The press releases are customizable, so you can include your institution's name, the date and location of your event, and any other additional relevant information.

Second in a series of free online brown bag conversations about the Nano mini-exhibition, presenters discussed strategies for marketing the Nano mini-exhibition. They went over promotional materials developed by the NISE Network for the exhibit, the development process, and provided ideas on adapting these resources for use by your museum. Partners from three different museums talked about how they adapted NISE Network materials for use in their own Nano advertising.
