NanoDay, sponsored by the Nanoscale Science and Engineering Center at Columbia University in collaboration with City College of New York, Barnard College and Rowan University, is a biennial, all-day, New York City-wide event designed to introduce high-school students to the new interdisciplinary fields of Nanoscale Science and Technology. NanoDay is divided into a morning lecture series and an afternoon science expo and seeks an audience of 500 students.
