Barbara Harthorn

Dr. Barbara Herr Harthorn is a medical anthropologist who is the lead PI of the NSEC: Center for Nanotechnology in Society at University of Califoria at Santa Barbara, a NSF national center dedicated to the study of societal issues surrounding emerging nanotechnologies.
