Viewing nano imagery in a scaled context

The Viz Lab Image Scaler presents nano and other images in a scaled context, allowing the viewer to zoom from human scale to nano scale and back again. This is a prototype currently under development by the Exploratorium's Visualization Laboratory.

What will nano bring?

Visit the NanoHome and explore some of the implications of nanotechnology, both good and bad.

While you're there, be sure to click on the nanoscale images hanging on the wall, and discover how we "see" the nanoscale world.
