NanoDays Report: Program - NISE Kit, Bootheel Youth Museum

We want you to rave about NanoDays, but first please provide 1-2 sentence descriptions of each of your events.:

The Bootheel Youth Museum Nano days were a great success. We first went to the local high school and talked to the students about NISEnet and Nano days. Then we worked with the students with the Nano days kits and some things we added. Ninety percent of the students like it and left knowing a lot more about Nano, the Nano scale and Nano technology and how it is effecting the world now. The other 10% were trying to act to good to lesson to us but you could tell they were intrigued but didn’t want their friends to see they were. Then we had a week at the museum dedicated to Nano days. We have several teachers that want us back next year and two teachers that wanted to add Nano days in to their curriculum. All in all, it was a good experience and it helps open mines young and old alike in this small area of the world.
