Representative images are also limited to 30MB, but only include file extensions: jpg jpeg gif png. Do note that these images will appear square in preview, but once selected by the viewer the full image will appear.

Powerpoint Presentations: All larger images, graphs or any other files you intend to put into your presentation should first be compressed. Video should be avoided in PowerPoint presentations, and if required you should create a pdf file out of your ppt. For this process:

From Powerpoint, "Save As" a jpeg. This will create a folder on your desktop with individual jpeg files for each slide in your presentation.

Select all the jpegs in your presentation and "Open With" Acrobat (you need to have more than reader to do this). When prompted if you would like Acrobat to create a single document from all files, click "Yes."

Once open, under "Acrobat" on the menu tab, select "Preferences" and choose the "Full Screen" category. Here, be sure the "Left click to go forward one page..." box is checked. This will link all pages so you can click to advance in the presentation.

For pages with video, go to "Tools" and select "Multimedia" and "Video Tool." Drag the box to the size of video you want and then "Choose" your video file.

Under "File," select "Properties" and click the "Initial View" tab at the top of the pop-up. Check the box next to "Open in full screen."
