Joe Hastings

Joe Hastings is the Executive Director of the Don Harrington Discovery Center in Amarillo, Texas. Hastings worked for 13 years at the Exploratorium, San Francisco, in various roles including Director of the Center for Museum Partnerships. The Discovery Center is in the midst of a $10 million facility, exhibition, and program renewal project to provide great science learning opportunities to families of the five-state high plains region. Joe is also an advisor to the Donald W. Reynolds Foundation Children's Discovery Initiative, which is making significant investments in science learning in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Nevada.
