I work as the Education & Community Enrichment Liaison at Port Discovery Children's Museum in Baltimore. Port Discovery serves early learners from birth to eight years old.
I design hands-on programs for overnights, scouts, birthday parties, afterschool and summer camps, special events, and for the general visitor. Currently, children can experience polymers, bucky balls, and Nano Science in new and exciting ways through the Museum. Hooray for "Horton Hears a Who"!
At Port Discovery, we strive to provide an environment that encourages children to explore their world and spark imagination. Through museum exhibits and programs, we hope to inspire life long science enthusiasts and future scientists!
I received my MA and Graduate Certificate in Museum Studies from the University of Missouri- St. Louis.
