During this online workshop we heard an overview of the many resources available to help museums celebrate America at 250 - the United States Semiquincentennial. Frost Science walked through their "America250: Celebrating American Innovation" freely available ready-to-use poster exhibits, planetarium show, and more that explore the stories of innovators who contributed to American ingenuity. Then, History Colorado talked about their "Moments That Made US" freely available, ready-to-use and customizable exhibition panels as well as ways to make deep local connections in addition to national efforts. Whether you are already planning big events or are looking for simple ways to celebrate America's birthday with your audiences, join us for ideas and resources at the ready to commemorate this national event.
