Welcome to the Frankenstein200 project!
The downloadable welcome letter covers the basics of the Frankenstein200 project and kit, as well as the evaluation and reporting requirements for institutions that received a physical kit. The letter also includes a full list of your kit's contents.
The event planning guide will walk you through preparing for and promoting your Frankenstein200 event. Included are step-by-step instructions, additional resources for your event, and guides on how you might best use the rest of the materials in the Frankenstein200 digital toolkit.
The sample press release is customizable for your event and institution's specific details. Word Doc and PDF versions included.
Finally, the photo release form—available as a Word doc or PDF—should be used at your Frankenstein200 event to obtain permission from participants for the use of their images, video, and/or audio.
