Bust out your Explore Science: Let’s Do Chemistry kit! Everyone’s favorite chemistry-related holiday, National Chemistry Week (NCW), is October 17-23, 2021. Join the NISE Network as we welcome members of the American Chemical Society (ACS) for a brief overview of the annual celebration and this year's theme, Fast or Slow…Chemistry Makes It Go! ACS will share resources for engaging your audiences in this celebration as well as discuss how you can partner with experts in your area. We will also be joined by NISE Network partners who will talk about their experiences partnering and plans for engaging audiences in NCW celebrations this year. Come for ideas and insights to start planning your own celebration!
National Chemistry Week is a public awareness campaign that promotes the value of chemistry in everyday life. ACS members and chemistry enthusiasts celebrate NCW by coordinating events and communicating the importance of chemistry.
