Breakfast Moon is a picture book for young readers. In a simple story, the book talks about when we can see the Moon, what it looks like, and how it changes over the course of a month. Included with a low-res pdf version of the book is a Spanish translation document.
The Moon looks different at different times in the month. Sometimes it has the same shape as some familiar foods!
The Breakfast Moon story and illustrations were developed in partnership with early childhood educators and developmental psychology researchers through the ASP’s My Sky Tonight program, funded by the National Science Foundation.
