DESCRIPTION
This memorandum is not a traditional report but describes progress made on the NISE Net public impacts summative evaluation during Year 4 of what was then a 5-year grant. It should be read in context with other Year 4 reports and later work of the Network. At the time, this document provided NISE Net leadership with a summary of findings and recommendations from the four studies of the Year 4 public impacts summative evaluation. It also includes an overview of the Program Theory Model describing different pathways NISE Net reached the public at the time of this document.
