Online Workshop Recording: Find Your Place in Space - Engaging the Artemis Generation with Activities, Apps and More

Online workshop recording featuring a presentation about the Artemis II mission from Dr. Caitlin Ahrens of NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, as well as members of the Voyage through the Solar System project team who talked about some exciting ways to use the kit's resources to engage audiences in NASA's continuing pursuit of human exploration of the Moon and Mars.

During this online workshop, we discussed all things Artemis and the Moon! We heard the latest news regarding the Artemis II mission from Dr. Caitlin Ahrens, Postdoctoral Fellow at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. She walked us through some of the exciting challenges that the Artemis II mission will face. We learned about educational materials available from NASA to help audiences identify with the Artemis generation and find their place in space. In addition, members of the Voyage through the Solar System project team talked about kit resources, including the DIY Sun Science and DIY Solar System apps that launch users further into the solar system and support at home STEM learning beyond museum walls.
