Online Workshop Recording: Moon Adventure Game - An introduction to a new challenge-based game for science and children's museums

Online professional development workshop recording focused on the Moon Adventure Game.

DESCRIPTION

This online workshop was recorded October, 27, 2020.

In the NISE Network's new Moon Adventure Game, players will work together to solve a series of challenges grounded in real science about living and doing research on the Moon. In this recorded workshop, members of the team that developed the game introduced the game's learning objectives, provided an overview of the materials and professional development resources, and prototype testers shared their experiences including adaptations for early childhood visitors.

Physical copies of the Moon Adventure Game will be shipped in late October to all recipients of the NISE Network's 2020 Explore Science: Earth & Space toolkit. Digital versions of all materials will be available online for download.
